I'm an enterprise architect and program manager based in Berlin, with more than 30 years of international experience leading complex IT transformations. I work as an independent consultant, and I'm at my best where SAP and ServiceNow come together.

Over more than 30 years I've led large, multi-vendor programs from start to finish: from the first strategy and architecture through to delivery and day-to-day operation. I started out in SAP, running a global rollout to 220 legal entities at Johnson Controls. At Bombardier I went on to lead global application work and a move to a hybrid-cloud data centre.

For five years I worked inside the ServiceNow ecosystem as a Senior, Principal and Ecosystem Architect. That's where my focus on connecting SAP and ServiceNow comes from. Today I help companies make real progress on their digital and AI plans.

I studied at KU Leuven and work in English, German, Dutch and French, which helps on the international programs I run. People I've worked with say I bring the energy and persistence to get complex projects over the line.
